Sound Bath Under the Sea: Meditation Session

Sound Bath Under the Sea


Welcome to season 3 of Sound Bath Under the Sea! Immerse yourself in tranquility with a sound bath session in front of the shark habitat!

 


What’s a sound bath?
Sound baths are meditative experiences that use therapeutic sounds to help restore your mind and body, reduce stress, and relieve tension. They can be experienced solo or in a group.

 


Event Details:

Date & Time: Sessions start at 6:00 PM (doors open at 5:45 PM)

Duration: 45 minutes

Instructor: Pauline Sweeney of Anulove Wellness

Ages: 13 and up

 


What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing

Your own mat, pillow, blanket, or anything you need to relax on the ground

 

 

Reservations & Tickets:

Reservations are required and can be made online.

At-the-door ticket purchase must be by credit/debit card only (no cash, checks, or mobile payment apps).

Admittance cannot be guaranteed for walk-ups; reserve your spot in advance.

If the event is cancelled due to low registration, you will be notified by 4 PM the day before.

Doors will be locked once the session starts.

Aquatic Art Uncorked

Aquatic Art Uncorked: with Meghan Sadler – Local Color OBX

Creative Evenings with Meghan Sadler
Meghan Sadler of Local Color OBX is returning for two special evenings in May to lead relaxing and creative art sessions.

Resin art is just one of the creative practices featured—using synthetic resins, primarily epoxy resin, to make stunning pieces. Everything you need will be provided, but feel free to bring small shells or personal touches to customize your creation.

 

 

Event Details:

Dates & Themes:

 

Wed., May 6th – Resin Charcuterie Board  (finished product: 5x12)                                              

 

Wed., May 6th – Paint and Sip; Whale Shark (finished product: 10x20)    

 

Time: Class starts at 6:30 PM (doors open at 6:00 PM)

Duration: 2 hours

Instructor: Meghan Sadler of Local Color OBX

Age: 21 and up

 

Food & Drink: Bring a snack and your own beer, wine, or champagne
