Program Information: Please arrive and check-in at the Admission Gatehouse window 5 minutes before the beginning of your program or activity. An instructor will meet you outside the gatehouse. You may want to allow extra time for traffic on rainy days.

This program is for ages 6 and up - Children ages 6-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Closed toe shoes are required.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled program or activity in order to receive a refund.
Please note that programs may be canceled due to insufficient participant registration. Participants will receive a full refund for any program canceled by the Aquarium.

On-Time Policy: If you have not arrived ten minutes after your scheduled program or activity time, your space may be reassigned to people waiting on stand-by and program will no longer be occurring.
