Tantalize your taste buds with new recipes from the sea, presented by a local restaurant chef. One or two seafood dishes will be featured at each session, with an emphasis on local Outer Banks seafood. Class participants will gain biological information, copies of all recipes, step-by-step instructions of how to prepare each recipe, and enjoy a savory sample of each dish prepared.
