Aquarium Birthday parties are a fun and unique way to celebrate your child's special day!


Sleeping with the Fishes is a fun program to do with your scout, Y-guides, church, and youth groups.

Birthday Parties

Make your child's next birthday celebration one they won't soon forget. Your party includes a T-shirt craft with the T-shirt and supplies provided, a live animal program, use of the aquarium's classroom, and a self guided tour of the aquarium.

Recommended for ages 4 to 10

You get to choose one of the following themes for your live animal program:
Amphibians-Frogs, toads, salamanders
Reptiles-Turtles, alligators, snakes
Invertebrates-Sea urchins, star fish, crabs,

$275 for up 12 children and 12 adults
$12 for each additional child
$11.00 for each additional adult

Sleepovers

Sleeping with the Fishes

Spend a night with the fish at the Aquarium! Participants will learn about reptiles, sharks and make their very own Gyotaku T-shirt. Sleep in front of our 235,000-gallon Cape Fear Shoals tank as sharks, eels, and other fishes swim close by. Snacks, craft supplies, and breakfast are provided.

$45 per person
