From Dolphins to Orcas to Humpbacks, Oh My! Whales and dolphins can be as small as 3 feet or over 100! Join us as we learn about the wide diversity of whales and dolphins in the world through what the eat, how they feed, and other amazing adaptations!   

Lovely Lizards (October 16^th & October 23^rd )

Lizards are a staple in most environments, from pest control, to a food source, to important pollinators! While being important for environments, some lizard have crazy adaptations like bright blue tongues and the ability to run on water! Join us while we learn about and meet some amazing lizard species!  

Beautiful Drifters (October 30^th & November 6^th )

Did you know plankton in the ocean makes up more oxygen than all the rainforests combined? Planktonic organisms are aquatic plants and animals that move with the currents. From microscopic plants to giant jellies, come learn about the beauty and importance of these aquatic super heroes!  

Plant Science (November 13, November 20)

"Grow as you go! Did you know some plants grow more than two feet a day? Join us for a fun day learning about how plants power up from the sun and how they use that energy to grow!" 

Frosty Friends (December 4, December 11)

"When were cold, what do we do? Lots of us wrap up and enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate or tea! Animals in the wild can't do that, so how do they stay warm instead? Come bundle up inside the aquarium to learn about how our wildlife around the globe combat the cold through fur, blubber, and more!"

 Animal Adaptations (February 5, February 12)

 "From flashy feathers to smooth scales, animals have all kinds of adaptations to their environment. Join us for a day of adaptations and see if you have any in common with our animal friends here at the aquarium!"

"Dive into the diverse worlds of Earth's biomes! From the icy tundras to lush rainforests, explore the unique environments that make each biome special. Learn how plants and animals adapt to their homes and what makes each biome crucial for our planet’s health."

Wacky Weather ( March 19^th & March 26^th )

"Weather can be wild and wonderful! Join us as we investigate the crazy phenomena of our atmosphere. From swirling tornadoes to sparkling snowflakes, learn about the forces that shape our weather and how they create the amazing patterns we see in nature."

Birds( April 2^nd & April 9^th)

 Students will have the opportunity to learn about what makes a bird a bird!  They will learn about a variety of different species while identifying unique characteristics along the way.
